These sessions are free for any parents with swimmers at the Victorian State Age SC Championships. Swimmers will be warming up with their coaches so there are no excuses not to attend. Jacqui and Karen are outstanding in their fields of experience and you will learn a lot in both sessions. The TigerSharks are happy to have accredited sports nutirionalist Emma Rippon present 2 lectures on nutrition to our club memebers for free. The first lecture will be for parents, the second lecture for State & National Squad swimmers.

Congratulations to one of our TigerShark swimmers Diane Etiennette who swum a huge PB (28.83) at the Olympics representing Mauritius in the Women's 50m Freestyle.
Applications are now open for the inaugral TigerSharks Swimming Scholarship. This is a scholarship for any swimmer, not currently a TigerShark member, aged 12years and over with the intention of competing at a high performace level. Valued at over $3,500.
Spread the word that Coach James will be accepting tryouts for for new swimmers. There is a once off $50 bonus of reduced fees for any family that introduces a new swimmer to the club that actually becomes a memeber. This great offer so call James quickly and tell your friends.
